Deposits are payable before tenancy commencement and are held in our DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme) account.
This scheme is not affiliated with Holloway Residential thus acts as an independent deposit protection company, ensuring our deposit process is fair, regulated and straight-forward.
On tenancy commencement you will be notified via DPS of your deposit protection, and you will have your own account area where you can view the details of your deposit.
