If you would like to end your tenancy after expiration of your tenancy agreement we require 1 months notice in writing, please send this to: lettings@holloway-residential.co.uk.
When you leave the property please ensure it is clean and in the same condition as when you moved in. This is important to ensure you deposit is returned in full. Read more here.
On the last day of your tenancy one of our representatives will meet you at the property to inspect it and return the keys.
We will then request your deposit is returned to you (which is held with the DPS).
