Each one of our properties is fitted with both Smoke and Carbon Monoxide alarms.
The alarms have a 10 year life and are tested when you first move in and whenever we inspect the property.
You can test them yourself by pressing the test button in on both the Smoke and Carbon Monoxide alarms (either by hand or with a stick).
These alarms are important and are fitted for your safety – please do not remove them or remove the batteries.
If you are unable to test your alarms please contact us and we will be happy to attend your property and test them for you.
