Holloway Residential does not charge any fees in regards to applications.
We charge £100 to reserve the property but this is then deducted from the deposit, payable with 1 months rent before tenancy commencement.
Other fees we may charge include:
- Replacement of lossed keys: £20
- Redecoration of property on tenancy expiry (TBC depending on scale of works)
- Cleaning of property on tenancy expiry (TBC depending on scale of works)
